ECの授業は文法、読解、会話、リスニングと時間に区切って勉強するのではなく、様々なトピックとコミュにカティブ・メソッドを用いてしっかり英語を話せるようになるための授業を行います。
Generalコース(週20レッスン)は総合英語学習&英語コミュニケーションとスキル別トレーニングを毎日交互に勉強します。1コマ90分の授業を1日2コマ受講します。
Semi Intensiveコース(週24レッスン)はGeneralコースに加え、スピーキング強化、ビジネス英語、音楽&映画を通して学ぶ英語等、自分の弱点克服や興味のある分野に応じて勉強するコースです。1コマ90分の授業を1日2コマを3日間、3コマを2日間受講します。

Higher Score® コースは、カナダの EC 校のみで開講される試験対策特化コースです。英語力に自信のある学生が対象で、目標は単純明快。試験のスコアを伸ばすことです。
TOEIC（国際コミュニケーション英語能力テスト）のスコアは、120 の国々の 1万を超える企業、政府機関、英語学習プログラムで利用されています。

Higher Score® IELTS/TOEFL(IELTS/FOEFL試験対策コース)

Higher Score® コースは、試験対策特化コースです。英語力に自信のある学生が対象で、目標は単純明快。試験のスコアを伸ばすことです。
TOEFL は世界で最も広く認められている英語テストのひとつで、130 を超える国々の数千の大学や総合大学、機関に認められています。これにはイギリス、アメリカ、カナダ、オーストラリアなどが含まれます。
IELTS は、イギリス、カナダ、オーストラリア、マルタ、南アフリカのほとんどの大学と、アメリカの一部の教育機関で必要とされる資格です。IELTS は職能団体で必要とされることも多く、カナダとオーストラリアへの移住申請の際にも求められます。

EC の教師陣は、Cambridge ESOLで高いスコアを獲得するための要件を熟知しています。リーディング、ライティング、スピーキング、リスニングの力を大きく向上させ、 Cambridge ESOLで求められる内容をしっかり理解することで、試験の結果もそれに応じたものになります。
University Pathway Program(大学進学準備コース)
- 期間：10週間〜
- レベル：Upper Intermediate(中上級)〜
アメリカやカナダの大学に進学する方法は様々ですが、ECでは「進路相談」 のような形で、留学生のみなさんの大学進学サポートを行っています。 留学開始時には、未だ具体的な行きたい大学が決まっていなくても、ECに 在学して英語力を上げながら、学校の進学サポートスタッフに相談、自分の やりたい勉強が出来る大学やカレッジを見つけて行くことができます。
大学進学後に必要な英語力は、普段の生活や仕事で必要な英語とは異 なります。例えば、講義を聞いてポイントを上手くまとめる方法、学術的なレポートの書き方やプレゼンテーションの行い方等、こういった英語力を身につけ ているかどうかが、大学入学後の成績を左右します。 カナダ校ではパスウェイプログラムを受講することによって、大学進学後に備えた勉強を進めておくことができます。
